When to Use:
• When you can't bend your knees even though you need to pick something up.
• When you can't bend your knees even though you need to tie your shoes.
• When you feel pain on the inside of your knees.
• When your knees hurt while going up stairs.
• When your knees hurt while going down stairs.
• When you get cramps in your calves.
• When you have trouble using your toes while walking.
• For bruises or other injuries.
• When your side or lower back feels stiff or sore.

• For any pain that isn't related to bone issues.

How to Use:
• Apply it quickly when pain starts on a large area.
• It will feel cold for muscle pain (inflammation) and hot for ligament pain (damage).
• Massage it in several times for the first 2-5 minutes until a layer forms.
• If the pain lasts 8-12 hours, wash the area with water and reapply and massage it.
• Massage it twice a day — once in the morning and once before bed.
• After some time, you can reduce how often you apply it.
